Luton school children took a virtual reality trip around the world during half term when the Google Expeditions Pioneer Programme visited The Mall.
It gave them a chance to explore everywhere from Mars and the Great Barrier Reef to the interior of Buckingham Palace without ever having to leave the town.
The revolutionary technology allowed the youngsters to have a truly immersive experience through the use of special headsets. As it was based on the school curriculum, it was educational as well as entertaining.
